Automotive Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join our team at McLaren Automotive. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- To contribute to achieving the quality standards required.
- To control all health & safety requirements for persons and equipment within their work stations.
- To execute methodologies for Lean Manufacturing, such as 5S, 7 wastes, and continuous improvement.
- To understand and demonstrate a broad knowledge of the build process.
- To provide cover for absence within your team and have a flexible approach to working hours.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of automotive processes and specific skills for the area in question.
- Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including shifts, mid-week, and weekend work.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
