We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits. The estimated annual salary reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the McLaren Automotive change process for vehicle parts and production processes. This requires experience in automotive production processes, including vehicle manufacturing processes and supply planning. Knowledge of automotive parts and McLaren products is also advantageous. Experience in Product Data and Bill of Material Management, as well as SAP, would be beneficial in this role. As a Quality and Process Improvement Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and effective implementation of changes. This involves working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth and success.
