We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our pool of supply teachers in Nottinghamshire. This role offers flexible opportunities to teach across all key stages in primary education, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, following the national curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their learning progress.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff and school leaders to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents in line with school policies.
  • Uphold the safeguarding and welfare of all students, following school and statutory guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
  • Registration as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a clear focus on developing teaching practice.
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different schools and adapt quickly to new environments.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student well-being.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is essential.
