We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our school in Nottinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to supporting the educational journey of young children.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that foster social and emotional development, and promote a love for learning. This role provides a chance to work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EYFS Teacher who can create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school

Requirements

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record
  • Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
