  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
