We are seeking a skilled and motivated D365 Platform Lead to guide our team within the dynamic financial services industry. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the D365 development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
  • Effectively manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts within dedicated CRM squads.
  • Foster strong collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless change management processes.
  • Define and champion the technical vision for D365, aligning it with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Champion best practices in software development and coding standards to maintain a robust and scalable platform.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Solution Management principles.
  • Ability to implement and leverage automation strategies within the D365 platform.
