About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Recovery Lead to join our team at Barclays Bank PLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, execution, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers and business teams to understand their needs and expectations, and implement customer-centric solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with software engineers, quality teams, product managers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features that align with the bank's objectives, regulations, and security policies.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects to ensure the bank's preparedness for potential challenges.
  • Manage change requests and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors involved in technical projects, ensuring they deliver according to agreed terms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology trends and technologies, evaluating and adopting new approaches to improve delivery outcomes and foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and growth.
