About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a Senior Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload, including inpatient and day care services.
  • Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.
  • Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification.
  • High levels of technical knowledge and experience in diagnostic imaging.
  • Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification (ideally).
  • Previous relevant experience in a senior radiography role.
