About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Nuffield Health Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Diagnostic Imaging Services: You will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans, to help diagnose and treat a range of medical conditions.
  • Lead the Radiography Team: As a Senior Radiographer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the radiography team, ensuring that all imaging procedures are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Develop and Implement Imaging Policies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for imaging services, ensuring that they are aligned with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure that imaging services are integrated into the wider healthcare team.
Requirements
  • Experience in Diagnostic Imaging: You will have a strong background in diagnostic imaging, with experience in CT scanning and other imaging modalities.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: As a Senior Radiographer, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of radiographers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
