**Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools** is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to take on the role of Lead Practitioner of Religious Education.

Taking the next step in your career, you will be responsible for teaching RE from Years 7 to 13 and leading with assurance and clarity within the department. The role requires an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher who can contribute to rapid progress and outstanding academic expectations.

The successful candidate will have evidence of excellent classroom practice or the potential to achieve it. A track record of successful student outcomes across the Key Stages is also essential. High expectations of pupil attainment and behaviour are required, as well as a passion for providing an extensive amount of extra-curricular opportunities for our young people.

The estimated salary for this role is between £62,016 and £67,576 (Inner London Pay Scale – L3 – L7), reflecting the importance of this position within the school. We are looking for professionals who are committed to transforming lives through education.
