Role Overview

This role is for a highly motivated early years practitioner, who will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement effective educational strategies.

You will be responsible for modelling excellent practice to children, staying up-to-date with current Early Years initiatives and legislation, and planning engaging lesson plans.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example, demonstrating high-quality teaching practices that inspire children to learn.
  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
