Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Client Query ResolutionAct as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve issues and concerns.
Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to the team, including managing diaries, completing application forms, writing letters, and managing email inboxes.
Documentation and ProcessingProcess and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Client Account ManagementManage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate updates to client records and information.
Requirements
- Previous Experience
A minimum of 6 months' experience in an administrative or customer service-related role, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in managing diaries, email inboxes, and other administrative tasks.
