As an Adjuster for Catastrophic Events with Alacrity Solutions, you will play a critical role in responding to and managing catastrophic events such as hurricanes, wildfires, and floods.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of damage.
  • Developing and implementing plans to mitigate damage and prevent further loss.
  • Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and emergency responders to ensure a smooth and efficient response to the event.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in catastrophe response and recovery.
  • An independent adjusting license in your home state (area of work), or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
