Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Oversee client-side project management throughout all phases of project delivery, including initial studies, development options, and contract administration.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the multi-disciplinary project team.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of project management outputs, adhering to established timelines and standards.
  • Facilitate the coordination and approval of all management information produced by the project management team before dissemination.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.
  • A solid understanding of JCT contracts or equivalent, along with strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying is preferred.
  • Chartered status with a recognized institution such as ICE, RICS, CIOB, or RIBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
