**About Us**: ITS Recruitment is a premier staffing agency specializing in the construction and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a number of skilled Industrial Painters for a 12-month contract in Bristol. Our client is a leading company in the industry, committed to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surface Preparation**: Clean, sand, scrape, and perform abrasive blasting to prepare surfaces for painting.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety regulations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- **Project Management**: Work with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years of industrial painting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- **Certification**: Valid CSCS card and training in working at heights.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of various coatings.
- **Attention to Detail**: High standards for quality and precision.
- **Safety Awareness**: Strong understanding of safety practices in industrial settings.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills and teamwork.
