Primary Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Primary Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to children in the Clifton area, helping them to engage with core subjects and achieve their learning outcomes.

• Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
• Work with children with potentially challenging behavioural needs and use different strategies to ensure their needs are met.
• Track progress and plan next steps in learning.
• Inspire children to achieve and keep them engaged, ensuring they can access the learning.

• Experience of working with children or young people.
• Able to plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the needs of the learner.
• Ability to develop effective behaviour management strategies and coping mechanisms.
• Apply skills to raise children's confidence within their learning and develop their love for learning.
• Able to track progress and plan next steps in children's learning towards their learning outcomes.

• A dedicated consultant to discuss current or future roles with you.
• Payment in house, meaning no fees from Umbrella companies.
• £25 an hour or above.
• 13 weeks off per year.
