Child Health Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families, creating personalised care plans, and training nursing staff in Maidstone.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering tailored care plans for each child
- Providing ongoing monitoring and support to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Working closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A RSCN qualification and at least 6 months' experience in the UK
- An active NMC PIN and up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to bring out the best in others
- Experience of working with HCAs and other healthcare professionals
