About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality analysis and financial insights to support business decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders, including Divisional Directors and the Group Finance Director
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in finance, with a focus on FP&A and financial analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with financial systems, including SAP, and Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
