About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality analysis and financial information to support business decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed financial analysis and insights to inform business strategy and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and performance management
  • Provide financial guidance and support to divisions and teams across the Group
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement and process optimization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysisExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software toolsA collaborative and proactive approach, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the business
