Clinical Lead for Children's Therapies

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and assistants at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload and acting as a specialist resource to the Children's Therapies team.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in area of practice, with practical experience in managing health-related projects/complex caseloads. You will also have experience in supporting others (mentor/educator/supervisor) and be able to motivate and organize others to ensure best practice.
Responsibilities- To manage a complex clinical caseload and act as a specialist resource to the Children's Therapies team.
- To support the work of SEND, including completion of education, health, and care needs assessments.
- To provide leadership to the Team in collaboration with other clinical Leads.
Essential:
- Registered health care professional (HCPC registration).
- Health related degree and evidence of relevant postgraduate development at Level 6.
- Evidence of Specialist qualifications relevant to area of practice evidenced through self-learning and/or attendance at short courses.
This role requires flexible working hours, with a commitment to providing a high-quality and cost-effective clinical service to children and young people and their families. A salary of £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, inclusive of £9,310 spinal column points, will be offered to the successful candidate.
