About the Job:

We are looking for an Autism Education Assistant to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who have Autism and make a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored lessons and activities for students with Autism.
  • Provide individualized support to students with Autism.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Use various strategies to support students with Autism, including visual aids, sensory tools, and alternative communication methods.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs (preferably 1+ year)
  • Degree in Special Educational Needs, Psychology, or related field
