We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our team at Uvedale Hall in Needham Market. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional kitchen environment and possess excellent leadership skills.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, developing menus, and ensuring that high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading the kitchen team and supervising staff
- Developing menus and managing kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: £11.70 per hour
- 12 hours per week, weekdays only - 8am - 2pm
