About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR COACH who can effectively engage with customers to deliver feedback on their driving habits. The successful candidate will identify customer demographics, establish customer contact, and provide industry-leading experience to our customers.

You will work closely with your Team Leader/Manager to ensure outbound calls are completed as part of the risk management process. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Our company offers a range of benefits, including an estimated salary of £24,255 - £25,876 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to £2,000 annually once established in the role, enhanced annual leave entitlement, and a comprehensive mental health support system via the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
