We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Practice Management Director at Little Rock Equine Vets.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a busy Equine Ambulatory practice, consisting of 4 office staff and 3 vets on the road.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing office staff, including day-to-day tasks and overall team management
- Coordinating staff working rotas and ensuring seamless operations
- Managing diaries for vets and office staff, including on-call rotas
- Overseeing debt control and insurance claims
- Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing invoices and VAT returns
- Reconciling cash and card receipts using QuickBooks and the Practice Management System
- Reporting to the Director
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a young and exciting new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
- Improving efficiency and productivity across the practice
- Building strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including 32-36 hours per week and 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays Pro Rata).
