Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Engaging Workshops: Lead interactive sessions that foster a sense of community and motivate members to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Build Strong Connections: Develop relationships with members, understand their needs, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Focus on Member Recruitment and Retention: Identify opportunities to attract new members and retain existing ones by offering exceptional service and support.
  • Provide Behavior Change Coaching: Empower members to develop healthy habits by offering guidance, resources, and encouragement.
What We're Looking For:
  • Social Media Savvy: Leverage your social media expertise to create engaging content and build a strong online presence.
  • Passion for Wellness: Share your enthusiasm for healthy living and inspire others to do the same.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Listen actively and provide clear, concise guidance to members.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be available to work flexible hours and travel to workshop locations within your territory.
