Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Recruit and retain members, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement effective behavior change coaching strategies to drive member success.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  • Experience in facilitating groups or workshops, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive environment.
  • A flexible and part-time schedule, with the ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
