Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging workshops that foster a sense of community and motivation among members.
  • Build strong relationships with members, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Recruit and retain members, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement effective behavior change coaching strategies to drive member success.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for wellness and a genuine interest in helping others achieve their health goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
  • Experience in facilitating groups or workshops, with a proven track record of success.
  • A flexible, part-time schedule with a willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
