Job Description:

We're seeking Care Assistants who can provide companionship, support with personal care, and help with daily activities. This may include assisting with showering, bathing, toileting, and mobility around the home. You'll also be responsible for overseeing medication and providing medical support as needed. Additionally, you may be required to run errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls and access to our Early Pay App, which allows you to request up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle and the Right to Work in the UK. You don't require any previous social care experience, but you must be adaptable, kind-hearted, and put others first. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills and career through our apprenticeship program and nationally recognized qualifications, including your Care Certificate and NVQs.
