About the Role

We Are With You is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Safeguarding Manager to join our central team. As a key member of our safeguarding structure, you will play a crucial role in driving a culture of cohesion and excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Head of Safeguarding to deliver key projects that support the embedding of safeguarding practices and improve outcomes for our clients.
  • Oversee the development of services and support improvements, ensuring that safeguarding is always a priority and that our organization delivers high-quality services.
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practices across all With You services, bridging the gap between frontline experiences and management.
  • Provide supervision to registered Social Workers and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Fully Qualified Social Worker (BASW, DipSW, CQSW, CSS), and registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience of working across complex health, social care, or criminal justice landscapes, and experience working in partnership with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
  • Strong leadership experience in safeguarding services, with a proven track record of provision of supervision to registered Social Workers.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
