Game Engineer Position Overview

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Game Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines at various locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and setup of electronic entertainment equipment
  2. Technical troubleshooting and repair services for game machines
  3. Maintenance and upkeep of gaming equipment
  4. Supplying products with tickets and refilling as needed
  5. Providing exceptional customer service
  6. Maintaining high presentation standards in the area
