About the Role

We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Technical Artist - VFX/Shaders to join our team on OTG (Off The Grid), an innovative AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter, currently available as Early Access on PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop VFX and Shaders in Unreal or similar engines to enhance gameplay experiences.
  • Mastery of the Material Graph inside Unreal to create complex shaders and VFX, with expertise in optimization for performance.
  • Close collaboration with other departments such as Design, VFX, and Env Art to support shader and VFX development.
Necessary Skills
  • Proven experience with VFX and Shaders in Unreal or similar engines, preferably Niagara.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Insights or profiling tools such as Pix or RenderDoc to identify performance issues.
  • Previous involvement in shipping AAA titles as a VFX Artist.
Estimated Annual Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
