Game Performance Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Game Performance Specialist to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will design and evaluate the outcomes of various split-testing experiments to improve game performance. You'll analyze game performance variability to provide actionable insights for decision-making and conduct in-depth analysis to understand player behavior and enhance the game experience.

The successful candidate will have commercial experience using SQL, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and be passionate about the gaming industry. This role offers a salary of up to £60,000 + 50% bonus and relocation support to Oxford.
