Job Summary:
£21,450 per annum

This role involves working on a part-time basis within the accounts department of CV-Library. Key responsibilities include assisting with tasks such as raising sales invoices and credit notes, processing payments, and preparing cheques for banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Raising sales invoices and credit notes in sterling and euros.
  2. Entering and allocating sales ledger cash in sterling and euros.
  3. Processing credit card payments.
  4. Preparing cheques for banking.
  5. Completing sales ledger month end procedure.
  6. Entering purchase ledger invoices and credit notes in sterling, US dollars and euros.
  7. Entering purchase ledger payments in sterling, US dollars and euros.
  8. Checking purchase ledger invoices.
  9. Completing purchase ledger month end procedures.
  10. Producing month end purchase ledger pay run.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience of working within an Accounts role.
  2. AAT qualified would be desirable, but isn't essential.
