Financial Assistant Coordinator

This role involves working on a part-time basis within the accounts department of CV-Library. Key responsibilities include assisting with tasks such as raising sales invoices and credit notes, processing payments, and preparing cheques for banking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes in sterling and euros.
- Entering and allocating sales ledger cash in sterling and euros.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Preparing cheques for banking.
- Completing sales ledger month end procedure.
- Entering purchase ledger invoices and credit notes in sterling, US dollars and euros.
- Entering purchase ledger payments in sterling, US dollars and euros.
- Checking purchase ledger invoices.
- Completing purchase ledger month end procedures.
- Producing month end purchase ledger pay run.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working within an Accounts role.
- AAT qualified would be desirable, but isn't essential.
