Role Overview

This 2-year fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of online safety. As a Policy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure the removal of child sexual abuse material from the internet.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to online safety
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organisational policies
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on online safety matters

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, computer science, or social sciences)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in policy development or a related field
- Strong understanding of online safety principles and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
