About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced staff to support the development of EYFS pupils in our Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery.

Job Description:

  1. Support the teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging lessons for EYFS pupils.
  2. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of a safe and welcoming learning space.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to promote effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
