Job Role Overview

Flourish Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to support the development of EYFS pupils in their Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery. As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teaching staff in planning and delivering engaging lessons for EYFS pupils.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of a safe and welcoming learning space.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote effective communication and teamwork.

Salary Range: £18,500 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
