Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our award-winning Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Team. Our in-house team aims to be approachable and flexible, working with site teams to successfully deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe workplace without risk to health and environment.
  • Ensure company Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to across the group.
  • Ensure that safety inspections are carried out in line with departmental expectations.
  • Give sound competent advice to site management, assisting in resolving highlighted issues.
  • Liaise with external consultants.
  • Provide regular updates of site issues to the EHS Team.
  • Attend meetings and audits as required to fulfill the role as a team member.
  • Work together with site teams to resolve problems.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with the right skills; someone with strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. You must be assertive, confident, and able to foster positive working relationships while solving problems and able to calmly and confidently respond to changing situations.
