We are seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our team as a Patient Safety Specialist. As a key member of our Quality Improvement team, you will play a crucial role in driving patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the patient safety agenda for the organization, working closely with the Quality senior leadership team and other stakeholders to create a culture that promotes safe and compassionate care.
- Provide professional leadership for all aspects of patient safety, quality improvement, and innovation across the Trust.
- Implement the Trust and NHS patient safety strategy within the organization, providing patient safety expertise and leadership.
- Provide assurance to the Director of Nursing and Quality that the organization is delivering safe and compassionate high-quality care against set quality standards and outcome measures.

Requirements- Master's degree level or equivalent knowledge through experience.
