Job Title: Finance Manager

About the Role:
Telecom Acquisitions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our expanding finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of finance functions, including management accounting, credit control, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting
• Acquisition financial due diligence
• Supporting external finance relationships, including auditors, banking, and accounting/payment software
• Debt reporting and liaising with the credit control Team Leader on debt collection strategies
• Leading the purchase ledger close and supporting the monthly reporting process
• Acquisitions for the financial onboarding of share or asset purchases
• Monthly management accounts/reporting reviews and presentation to the SMT
• Leading the annual financial audit
• Ad-hoc analysis to support the Finance Director and Senior Management Team

Requirements:
• IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct supervision
• Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Director and senior management team
