Finance Manager Role

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd is seeking a skilled Finance Manager to support the smooth running of finance functions, including management accounting, credit control, and billing. The successful candidate will take an active role in the annual audit and acquisition activities, while leading the banking relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cashflow monitoring and forecasting.
  2. Acquisition financial due diligence.
  3. Support external finance relationships; auditors, banking, accounting/payment software.
  4. Complete debt reporting and liaise with the credit control Team Leader on debt collection strategies.
  5. Liaise with billing manager to lead.
  6. Own the purchase ledger close and support the monthly reporting process.
  7. Lead on acquisitions for the financial onboarding of share or asset purchases.
  8. Monthly management accounts/reporting reviews and presentation to the SMT.
  9. Lead the annual financial audit.
  10. Ad-hoc analysis to support the Finance Director and Senior Management Team.

Requirements:
  1. IT literate with excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  2. Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
  3. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  4. Ad hoc duties as requested by the Financial Director and senior management team.
  5. 33 days holiday allowance including bank holidays.
