Finance Manager Job Description

Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our expanding finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of finance functions, including management accounting, credit control, and billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cashflow monitoring and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Conduct acquisition financial due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain external finance relationships with auditors, banking, and accounting/payment software providers.
  • Oversee debt reporting and collaborate with the credit control Team Leader to develop debt collection strategies.
  • Lead the purchase ledger close and support the monthly reporting process.
  • Manage the financial onboarding of share or asset purchases for acquisitions.
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to the Senior Management Team.
  • Lead the annual financial audit and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support the Finance Director and Senior Management Team in driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • IT literate with experience in financial software and systems.
