Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Wolverine Worldwide Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in managing the overall operations of the store, driving sales, and leading a team of highly motivated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving sales and commerciality, while maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Take ownership of stock management, visual merchandising, and executing store KPIs to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Self-starter and ambitious, with a drive to achieve and exceed store targets.
