Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

GAME is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Rotherhithe. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving exceptional store performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Support the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and address performance issues, and develop plans to improve store performance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
