Job Title: Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Conference Producer to join our team at Completely Retail Marketplace. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events that meet the needs of our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze market trends, challenges, and themes to inform event programming
  • Conduct primary research with key market participants to identify areas of interest and develop engaging event content
  • Manage speaker engagement, including selecting, inviting, and confirming speakers, as well as coordinating panel discussions and presentations
  • Oversee the design, production, and editing of event materials, including brochures and websites
  • Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and clients to ensure high-quality event delivery and maximize business development opportunities
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue management, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, sponsor engagement, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in event production, conference management, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
