Hospitality Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and driven Supervisor to join our team at The Queens Head, a premium food and bar establishment in East London. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the bar team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the bar team to deliver service excellence and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Train and develop the team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to provide an unforgettable experience.
- Deal with customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Support the Management team to deliver set goals and promote the venue, private hire spaces, and events.
