Care Home Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at HC-One - Hartford Court. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, including the development and implementation of individualized care plans, staff supervision and training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for promoting the independence, choice, dignity, and respect of our residents, while striving for continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, experience in multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or be willing to study for one. Above all, you will be kind, considerate, and empathetic in your interactions with residents and colleagues.
