We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams to ensure that their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care and services
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and services provided
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support
