An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading construction main contractor for a prestigious project. As the Project Director, you will be working for a respected and thriving main contractor managing a multimillion-dollar project and will be responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop overall strategy for the project
  • Manage and maintain a clear staffing structure
  • Procure materials, plant, and sub-contractors
  • Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and the site health, safety, and environmental plans
  • Mitigate legal issues and defects liability for the business
  • Liaise with contracts managers on a regular basis, clients, and end-users

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing large-value commercial schemes
  • CSCS, First Aid at work, SMSTS
  • Relevant degree or equivalent construction-related qualification
  • 21+ years of experience in the construction industry desirable
  • UK driving license
