Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Bristol.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Management Commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Scope:

Senior Project Managers will handle commissions of varying scale and value, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising at a strategic level on project conception, including providing guidance on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Establishing project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Planning and managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans.
  • Advising on resource procurement.
  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including KPIs.
  • Managing change control processes.
  • Monitoring and advising on project finances.
  • Managing project information flow between teams and clients.
  • Ensuring the production of formal project progress reports.
  • Interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Identifying and acting on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Working with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
  • Attending client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors.
  • Ensuring project case study, photograph, and project CV files are up-to-date.
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve project management products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
