Pharmacy Department Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy department at Spire London East Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmacy services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines, and promoting a patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, providing clinical and managerial leadership.
- Provide advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe use of medicines.
- Advise the hospital on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services, ensuring efficiency and high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Be GPHC registered with no restrictions or conditions.
- Have a minimum of 5 years clinical pharmacy experience.
- Proven management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
